Music gets recommended

Australian indie punks, Airport City Shuffle, have been recommended by Missing Link Records, from Melbourne, over at the Nokia music recommenders’ site.

Their new single, “It’s All the Same to Me” is available now for purchase, jump over to their myspace and let them know what you think, or go straight in and pick up their music.

Music recommender Bowie speaks out

David Bowie’s podcast has been up on Music Recommenders for a few days now. The music aficionado speaks to legendary film maker Wim Wenders about his passion for discovering new music, and gets in some fantastic anecdotes. There’s music from recommended artists as well!

The Symbian Watch guys blogged about it but are annoyed that the site is still IE only; let them know what you think.

N91 design issues

Stefan, over at the Ring Nokia blog, thinks that it’s obvious why the N91 was voted 2006’s biggest let-down by C|Net Australia. He’s not happy at all with the device’s design, and he’s not alone. Cliff Edwards of Mobile For Teens, thinks that the keypad is too cramped.

What’s more important on the N91, the looks or the sound quality? If it does the job, is the design all that important? Let Stefan or Cliff know what you think.

Nseries sets the trend

Having used a selection of Nseries devices for a number of weeks now, M-Trends blogger Rudy de Waele has let us know what he thinks of their performance. He comments on how the N91 is now his phone of choice and the super quality of the N93’s video capabilities.

On the whole, Rudy’s very happy with the time he’s spent with the devices despite one or two niggles. Let him know what you think.

N91 8GB: The users verdict

Howard forums member rapolu has bought an new N91 8GB ME, and has already uploaded 7 GBs of songs. He says that the N91 has had no problems with 1100 songs, and that he’s loving the device so far.

Turn up your N91!

Over at the Mobile Review Forum, members are debating which phone reigns supreme in terms of speaker volume and quality and N91 is failing to impress. Thread starter kaiba says the speaker is just like any other Nseries and not specialized enough, giving it only two marks out of five.
